Do you have minimum order quantities?

We cater to orders of all sizes. While select printing processes offer bulk discounts, we work with both small local teams and large commercial fleets.

Rules to Place an Order:
  • The Client is Responsible for providing accurate T-Shirts & Uniforms Sizes, Logo Sizes & Dimensions and Artwork Approval.
  • Client will Fill a Order Form and Sign a Design & Production Agreement/Contract.
  • Small orders from 1-5 will require FULL Payment when your order is place.
  • Orders of 6 or More will require a 50% Deposit Up Front and the Balance is Due before Delivery, Pick Up or Release of the Finished order. 
  • The Deposit is non-refundable once production preparation or material purchasing has begun.
  • Any additional changes to the product (size, material, design, etc.) Will result in an up-charge.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by supplier issues, material shortages, shipping desruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, govemmental actions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

What is DTF & How Long will last?

DTF=Direct to Film Printing Transfer is known for its Versatily, Colors and Durability. Last between 50-100 Wash Cycles with the proper care. I use DTF Pro-Color that uses CMYK + RGBO inks, achieving more than 16 millions colors for unparalleled accuracy. Bringing more vivid and lively designs and High-gradients, photos, neon-like colors, bright oranges, rich reds, glowing greens and yellows, and deep blues. Pro-Color Transfers adhere to all fabrics types in any color including: Cotton, Polyester, Nylon, Rayon & Denim.

How long does a custom order typically take?

Standard production for customized DTF printing usually takes between 7 to 15 business days following artwork approval.

Can I bring my own garments for DTF Transfer printing?

Yes, we can personalize your existing garments provided their material is compatible with our DTF printing machinery.

Do you offer fitting samples before bulk production?

Yes, we can provide a small order as a sample so you and your team can verify fit, fabric, and comfort prior to running the complete order.
